Plaza Coin Op Laundry

The dryers work great but get there early or late because in the afternoon the place gets packed

I left my empty laundry basket on the counter while my clothes were drying. Something came up and we didn't make it back to get our clothes for a few hours or so. When we were folding our clothes we saw a cockroach on the counter and when I looked in the empty laundry basket that had been on that same counter all morning, i saw more cockroaches!!!!!!! There's always puddles of water on the floor from the broken washers. And their machines eat at least 1 of my quarters in some way every time I wash there!

Several washers and dryers out of commission, no hand soap or paper towels in the restroom, one dryer ate $3 or $4 in quarters before I realized there's no heat to it (I thought I forgot to hit start the first time), and the entire room is very hot as it's busy and the AC is locked out at 75 degrees, making it upper 70s inside. When you call the number on the wall, it goes straight to voicemail outside of Basin Refrigeration business hours too. It's also filthy and filled with gnats inside, on top of the big washers, over every counter, and in the windows. Save your money and go across town to the new one behind the Mexican meat market on Pioneer. It's much nicer there.

Cant find anyone to call or even do anything about this. Would figure it's common sense. Have had alot of issues with people touching my laundry and removing it before the machine even goes off. There is a virus going around. This kind of ignorance is going to get this place closed. There needs to be signs or someone on site since apparently people can't respect others.
