I have been using this dry cleaners for over a year. Picked up our dry cleaning, took home to put away, two pairs of pants were ruined with chemical burn, looks like bleach stains. Brought them back, with their tag still attached, and owner refused to reimburse for the damage that was caused by them. He said , “no way did they cause that” If that’s true, they would have put a tag where the stain was, and the stain is huge, on both pairs of pants. They would have brought those stains to our attention when I picked up our dry cleaning. I will no longer be using their services! I understand things happen, all he had to do is apologize and own it.

She put a damp wool blanket in a SUNNY window, which caused the moisture to gather inside. I nicely, politely pointed this out to her, and she ripped it open. The next time we took a pricey quilt in to be DRY cleaned. She washed it, came out with lumps all over, charged us $8.00 for each sham.,plus the quilt which is ruined. Certainly not like the old owner's service. We will never go back.Too bad, as this was an exceptional dry cleaner for years.

I thought I had ruined an entire load of clothing when I accidentally washed and dried a load of light colored clothes with a pink colored Chapstick. Cedar Street Cleaners was able to remove every stain and for a more than reasonable price (a small fraction of what it would cost to replace all my clothes).
