Never fix anything paid rent on time for 6 years and when I moved out charged me to update the house that should've happened before i moved in. Reported the condition when i moved in on carpets kitchen broken hinges no basement window and they charged me to replace them all. Highly not reccomend many renters in town that are not known for being shady.

Daly is only interested in rent money. They do NOT care what their rentals do to home owners living next door.
