I would like to start by saying i was trying to do a sell by owner thing, Kerri contacted me to see if i was interested in working with a broker, we talked about how it would work and we also spoke about the buyers Kerri was representing and what they were looking for. I got Todd’s name from a couple of neighbors who knew of people in our area who had homes on the market for a while who then switched to Todd and sold them quickly. Upon first meeting I was vert impressed with how organized his approach to the process was and how creative he was in his marketing plan. I looked at one or two other possibilities but came back to Todd because he was the most organized and had the best plan. I wasn’t disappointed. We got a bid on the second day which he negotiated to a final sale price higher than I had expected. I have already referred him to a close friend. Todd handled every thing. I made the decisions on questions but he did all the work. The other thing I appreciated was his attitude towards me. I am a single older professional woman and Todd always treated me as such.

Picking Todd for the sale of my property was one of the best decisions and investments I’ve ever made. He understood the uniqueness of my mid century property, recommended the right staging and repairs, marketed it masterfully and came up with the right pricing strategy which resulted in a fast and successful sale. His knowledge of the westside neighborhood is equal to none. Was super responsive and just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

As a fellow business owner, I appreciate how hard Todd works for his clients. Todd is the best real estate professional I have ever worked with--having helped me sell three homes and purchase 2 homes. It's been my experience that Todd has a plan and a method to sell your home at its best price. Todd does a great job of telling you specifically what needs to be done to get your house ready to sell. I have been very impressed with Todd's marketing plans that maximize exposure via his successful social media campaigns. When you house goes on the market, potential buyers will know it. When negotiating selling or buying prices Todd provides advice that helps seal the deal. For issues that are going to arise with any sale, Todd has a long list of contractors that quickly will help assess the need repair (or assess that no repair is needed). Hiring Todd help you buy or sell a house is a 'no brainer' in my book.
