I have lived here for over two years and have never had an issue. Sue is incredibly accommodating with package deliveries and community news and she’s always quick to reply to anything I request. It’s not easy to find an affordable place in a decent part of town with all of the great qualities that Charter Oaks has. I would highly recommend Charter Oaks to anyone and everyone looking for an apartment community. Thank you!

I love these apartments. I've been living here about 4 years and Sue (the landlord) is amazing. She's always quick to get service to our apartments and always gives a good heads up when the water is going to be turned off etc. Free washer and dryer's helps too! I live here as a single woman and feel totally safe.

I have lived going on three years and we love it! The manager Sue is attentive to the tenants needs and ensures the property is maintained well. The free washer and dryers are an added plus! I would definitely recommend this to friends or family.
