I worked with Rachelle Plambeck who was amazing! Very responsive, very helpful, and very accommodating as I need to view properties by proxy! She is so nice and made all the difference throughout the search etc!! Definitely would recommend!

In 2019, I decided to purchase a home with my girlfriend. Jen was amazing in helping us purchase our home. When we mentioned a house in which we were interested, she set up an appointment the same day. We looked at what seemed like an unending number of houses.nnOn Saturday of Memorial Day weekend she met us at the house that became our home. We walked inside, she looked us in the eyes with a smile, and in that moment we knew this is what we had been looking for. She knew us as people, and she knew what it is we had hoped for.nnSince then, my girlfriend and I got married and have built a life in this house that we now call home.nnI would not hesitate to recommend Jen to anyone looking to purchase a home. Every day she worked with us was an exercise in patience when nothing seemed quite right—until it was.nnAlthough she has many accolades, and has worked with many people, the care and attention with which she paid us, made us feel as though we were her only clients. I believe we were, and continue to be, special to Jen. As first time home buyers, my bf and I were concerned about the whole process. James Schneider made everything easy for us to understand and get accomplished. He went above and beyond to make sure we closed on the date that was originally proposed when there was an issue with getting the closing papers. I would recommend James and the company as a whole. They are professional, caring, and highly responsive to any kind of questions that often come up during the process.

Pay the application fees and heard nothing back for a few weeks. So i e-mailed them was told they couldn't get a hold of the landlord I had. Felt I just wasted my money on a service that was never done. Worst company to go throught to rent a house. So if you want to throw away your hard earned money then go through this company because they'll take your money and do nothing for you.
