Extremely disappointed. AkSarBen cleared my main drain in mid June. It already is clogged again, so I called. Of course they do not make guarantees. The person who came out to clear the drain worked on it for a while, then packed everything up to go and asked me to flush the toilet to check. He didn't even run water out of the washer to check. When I went back into the house to comply, I found my basement flooded, the drain still clogged. He did clear it eventually, for $180.00.
Came in and put new pipe from garbage disposal 12 inch max and carged $194 for a 5 minute job. Then was quoted $240 to come back out and unclog my kitchen sink. Had another company come out and they unclogged my sink for $139! Aksarben is way over priced..will never call them again.
Called on a Saturday and got same day service. Reasonable prices and they don’t charge overtime for weekends, which is a plus. Fixed the problem and the tech was good. Overall good experience.
Reached out through a home repair service and Ak-sar-Ben sewer and drain cleaning contacted me with in minutes. I told them my problem and they had someone out to the house within 30 minutes to help me with me issue. Very professional and would highly recommend them if you need repair work done.
Was referred by a friend and was very pleased with the service, they came out the same day I called and actually finished everything within a few hours. I had a plumber out twice before and they didn’t fix our issues. Thank you! Also was very reasonable on price as well!
