I had a leak in the toilet tank during Memorial Day weekend and the owner, Alexandria, found out that TOTO discontinued the item and had no replacement parts. We spoke and she ordered a new toilet and tank. Jorge was sent for the installation, and he was knowledgeable and efficient. Alexandria and her staff are responsive, personable and dedicated to doing a fantastic job. I suggest them and will use them again.

repairman is knowledgeable and understanding. I am unable to use their services because of the house warranty program.Despite all these, I have a pleasant interaction with them . They are straight forward and able to tell what it needs to be done and what I can do for the main time until I can get it fix. I am very thankful for their honesty and I highly recommended Micah Castorena and his colleague for their professionalism and honesty.
Called them on Sunday to have them contact me on Monday regarding an appointment. They contacted me first thing Monday morning and gave me a 2 hour window. Not often you get a 2 hour window with most companies! The tech arrived out and diagnosed the complication promptly. He replaced the part and did some additional checks and preventative upkeep I would've never expected! And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Super pleased with the service from beginning to end.
