Food is normal subway cookies stale.
Food was quick and fresh. The guy working the counter was kind enough to let me know that the bread I asked for was not fresh and suggested I choose another. I wasn't mad that it wasn't fresh, but I was happy that he took the effort to steer me to a better option, making my experience much better.
Today, they were out of soda fountain drink lids. Odd. I would have given 5 stars if they would have had them. Drink lid is pretty basic.

The place was jam packed when I went to pick up my online order. There is only 1 guy who is preparing sandwiches and one cashier. They are out of veggie patties again but the online order order did let me add. My sandwich was supposed to be ready by 12.20 PM and they started prepping it at about 12.40 PM which is 15 minutes after I got there.
