To be honest 0 stars is what they should get. I drove to arbys for dinner tonight after getting out of the hospital a few weeks ago. They took my order i pulled around front waited 7 min out front. They handed the bag to me. My fault i did not check the bag but when i got home what i ordered for sandwiches was completely wrong. Called up to the store to be told they cant bring me what i ordered but they can mail me coupons i will never eat at a arbys again THEY RIPPED ME OFF. Now i dont get to eat dinner but they get my money. I live .08 miles away but truly dont have the energy to walk back to my truck THANKS FOR STEALING FROM Me. I won't be back.
My first bite of my sandwich was just fat and started to fall apart. The meal was cold. I had to take it back.
