So I live in Florida but was in Omaha to see my sister and I went into this Taco Bell to eat. It turned out to be an eye opening experience. Someone was complying to an employee about one thing or the other. But the employee was a woman named Kelsey. The guy never stood a chance. Not even sure what she said but he left apologizing to her. LOL. I managed to have a small conversation with her and it was great. I wish I was that calm in those situations. Kelsey I hope you never stop being positive and kind. It’s reminded me to stop complaining about everything. Good job Taco Bell. You got a winner. Food was great too.

My son favorite place

Has issues with getting orders correct. But after calling them I did credit for replacement food. Needs to just pay attention and get it correct the 1st time

This used to be the best Taco bell in town now it's the worst. There's always a problem here every time I go. This time we got cheated out of meat. Most of every other time they close early. Not going back.
