Arrived THREE HOURS late. My stylist Rye still received me with a smile and a hug. Pretty much the salon on Saturday had patrons sitting on the outside but we were all happy and ready to be pampered. Should you arrive for an appointment with no idea what you would like like - no problem they will all get you right. My salon for life. If I could rate this establishment negative stars I would that’s how bad of an experience I had here. booked an appointment for eyelash extentions a few weeks in advance when I showed up to my appointment the doors were locked and no one was there yet the open sign was on. I waited for about 45 minutes calling and messaging them wondering where they were before I left. They finally messaged me back saying I didn’t have an appointment but I sent the screenshot of me making my appointment to them and they apologized and rescheduled for later that day. Although I was annoyed I just shrugged it off as I was excited to get my extentions. Within three days all of the extentions had completely fallen out. I contacted them because they are supposed to last at least three weeks and I was taking really good care of them so I could make them last as long as possible. At this point I just wanted a refund the lady who I assume owns the business told me shed be having the girl who did my extentions contact me and give me my money back. The girl finally messaged me a few days later and refused to give me a refund after her boss already told me she would. She claimed that the glue she used was bad but she had a new glue and she’d redo them for me. But why would she be using a bad glue on a paying customer?? I didn’t want them redone I just wanted my money back at this point because I didn’t have another two hours to go get them done again when they should of never fallen out in the first place. Nataly Samaniego is the name of the girl who did my lashes and I would not even take the chance of getting them done by her. She was extremely rude to me and refused a refund even tho the have no policy that states they don’t offer refunds and after her boss told me that she’d be giving me one. Don’t waste your time or money at this salon.

I dont know what her name was.. but she did a great job on my eyebrows! Great price to!! I'll be back.
