They did an excellent job cleaning our tile floor. We decided to change the color of our grout. They stayed until it was perfect! Very professional. Our floor looks brand new!

I cannot recommend this company enough! The guys are so professional. I had them come to clean a piece of my sectional that my cat unfortunately peed on. They did a great job cleaning it, however, after they left I noticed an area that still smelled of cat urine. I called Stanley Steamer and the technicians came right back! Great customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet/upholstery cleaning services.

I really love the crew that cleaned my bedroom, hallway and living room. They were very intelligent and polite. They even cleaned my area rug as well as the area where the rug was. They took their time and did the job right. Explained everything that the service consisted of as they where cleaning. I'm very satisfied with the results. Truly a great experience.

Not happy with the service this company provided. I had them carpet clean my house on November 28.2020 it was Saturday. The next Saturday on the 5th of December I vacuumed my carpets,and the water on my vacuum was so dirty. I use rainbow to vacuum weekly my carpets and was hoping that the week after carpet cleaning my vacuum water won't be as dirty as before, because I had professionally cleaned my carpets. During the cleaning I had to ask this guys to try to reach out of my corners and start cleaning right where carpet starts. I don't even think they used hot water during cleaning as they supposed to do. My carpets were cold and not even worm when I felt my carpet right after they cleaned the spot. So figured out my carpet was not cleaned with hot water as they stated. I clean my carpets professionally every year before winter. And this is first time I did not feel my carpets were cleaned at all. I would not recommend this company to clean the carpets. Or maybe I was the unlucky one, who did not get the right service done.
