In this day and age, unfortunately, the only thing that gets attention is an online review. I stopped at this gas station today to get gas and there was not one single drop of windshield washer liquid in any of the buckets. This seems to be the common theme here. Last summer, uf there was any liquid in the bucket it smelled foul. Also, their carwash breaks down more than most stations . I live close by and frequent this store but I believe they can do a whole lot better.
Had an issue with the car wash and Michael wasn't helpful at all. Had to go down to the 72nd and grover location to get my issue resolved with the manager there. Michael needs training on how to better handle customer issues.
This store was having issues taking my fiance's card. He tried doing Apple Pay and swiping the card and inserting it and they even tried entering manually. Nothing was working. But Mindy went above and beyond. She went ahead and used her own card to process the transaction. Thank you Mindy for being an awesome human being. We didn't have any cash on hand. And it was very irritaing that nothing was working. Thank you Mindy!
This review is ALL for Joe!!! There was a small line in the Bucky's today and Joe was kind enough to open another register and in addition to that gave me my beverage at no charge. It's the little things. Joe is a FLIPPIN ROCKSTAR!!! Kindness is FREE... sprinkle it EVERYWHERE! ud83eudd17
This has to be the best gas station in town, its clean, has a large selection of products and fairly priced food items alot of other stores lack, i have never even had an inkling of a complaint in the back of my head any time ive been in this store, i hope yall pay your staff well cause they are a bunch of hard workers every one of them!
