I never feel like the workers are happy. They have terrible customer engagement skills. The “boss” (tall heavy set man) should of been let go a long time ago for his attitude. The ONLY reason I go there once in a while is because they have the best automatic car wash.
Their pumps are always out of paper, doesnt save any time to buy a car wash if you have to go inside for the car wash code and wait in line inside to get a reprint of the receipt.
The diesel handles are black instead of green. The regular handle is green. This is backwards of normal and dangerous.nnThe safety shutoff didn't work on pump 2 and gas spilled on the ground until my husband manually stopped it getting gas on his hands and clothes. The guy getting gas next to him said the same thing recently happened to his wife.nnDangerous!
It's my favorite place to go get my truck washed and vacuumed . It doesnt pressure you on getting a unlimited plan like other car wash places in Omaha.
It's a nice stop on your way in or out of town.
