In January 2021. I purchased 10.00 car wash cc.nLittle did i know. Employee push a button for my cc to be charge for a monthly fee of 21.39. I find this poor business practice. Now i have to have my cc replace. Because Rocket 3 has not return my phone calls.nI will not be returning to any of the Rocket car washes.
Why did you ruin Dolphin car wash (after buying them) by removing their interior cleaning service? Many people like myself used to drive miles to come there just for that. Thanks Rocket for ruining another good car wash place.
I will never try to get a detail here again. I tried for 3 day's to set an appointment. No response. I spoke with employee who said to book appointments online, once again no help. No call back anything. I have recently found someone else.
Had both of my vehicles detailed and they turned out great. Quick, friendly and great pricing.
Love this wash I get the monthly pass it's worth it fast nice employees
