Got in right away, personable staff, great cost! Good job!
Went in at 7:10 pm wanting hair trim on 10/2/20 Two beauticians there. The one waited on me and said it would be half hour and said to come back tomorrow. She was rude and you could tell they were wanting to close. I told her I would come back and she stated if not back they were closing. I left for 15 minutes and the other beautician was cleaning and said the other gal would be a few minutes. I sat for a bit and thought as rude as she was I sure didn’t want her to cut my hair. They were to be open til 8 pm. I’ve gone to the Hastings for years! They lost me. Never again
We called ahead and made an appointment but had to wait for someone to come help us at the front desk because they were all too busy having their own conversations. Some of the ladies we very rude and made the experience uncomfortable. They did a good job and the prices are nice but honestly it was not an enjoyable experience. I guess I would come again if it was the only place open...
