Great Clips

After over 5 years of Petra doing my hair, I check in only to be told Petra is no longer working here, so I ask why and they will not say.nI know she has had many people that ask specifically for her, as I've waited 2 hours to get my hair done...while she takes care of her special requests.nPlease tell me why she is no longer working for you, as she was a definite help to your business.

My son and my boyfriend came in to get haircuts, left with horrible hair cuts. The woman Rosemary I believe was her name, obviously didn’t know what she was doing. My boyfriend asked her twice that he wanted more hair cut off and she wasn’t able to do it. The other stylist, Juan decided to give my son a “lineup” and left on corner of his forehead completely far out and crooked, not to mention how choppy the back of his head looks now. Seriously so upset about how my family ended up looking after their appointments.

I live about 45 minutes from the Moses Lake, Wa Great Clips. I checked in online , there was a 80 minute wait. When I got to the Moses Lake store the wait time said 144 minutes and continued to get longer. Hubby and I went to lunch. I checked when about done with lunch. There shop was full. I called that shop the lady said I was on the top of the list, probably about 10 minutes. I made it to the shop about 10 minutes later. Still had to wait about 45 minutes. This is the third time in about a hour this has happened to me. When I used a Great Clips in another town south of me the wait times are very accurate!! This is a little frustrating that the wait time can't be more accurate at the Moses Lake store.

Never enough stylists to service the needs of the community. Hate coming here because the wait is always astronomically long but because it is one of only a couple places to go without making an appointment, they can take advantage of making people wait an ungodly amount of time. Attempted to check-in online and the app wasn't working.

Always great service and a great haircut. Use the online check in when going as they get extremely busy.
