This place is a hit or miss. I’ve walked out loving my hair and other times I’ve hated it. The turnover is pretty quick so it’s hard to find a stylist that you can use over and over. The prices are pretty reasonable. They do highlights and colors also. Those make the prices go up. When stylists do stick around, they are good at remembering who you are and what style you like. I change my style a lot so there is a lot of confusion if I got back to the same stylist. The atmosphere is friendly, more so before Covid-19. The stylist will talk your ears off. They are pretty open about everything under the sun. They off and on have a barber also. I’ve seen him do great work. He’s quieter and more laid back. They have a hair washing station, but not of the time they don’t use it unless you are doing a color or highlights. I think you can ask for a wash for some extra pay. It’s best to call and make an appointment. They do walk in appointments as well, but there is a high livelihood that you won’t be able to get in. It's a busy place, and they normally have 2 stylist working, sometimes 3, sometimes 1. The stylists’ joke with each other and have a lot of fun teasing one another. It not the highest-level salon in town but not the lowest either. It’s a good middle for both quality and price.

Very rude on the phone when I was making the appointment. Then, we got there and the woman that cut my son's hair (Debbie) was even ruder. They didn't even have a booster seat for him, he had to sit on a little step in the chair. Before she would even see him, she asked if he would sit well. Which he usually does but she was forceful and rude to him the whole time. Only went here cuz great clips wasn't open. Won't be going back. And my son's hair looks terrible.

I definitely recommend Jose. He's great at doing fades. I can't comment on the other stylists besides that they've always been courteous and professional. The prices aren't too bad either! It's a relatively small business but I'd definitely make an appointment since walk ins generally wait an hour plus.

While this was a quicker hair cut than great clips, we are still not done with the haircut. We walked in about 15 minutes ago and asked how long the wait was and they said “5 minutes” the hairstylist doing my husbands hair walked away in the middle of the haircut with a drawer of the clipper guards and she had to brush hair off of them from the prior usage. Needless to say the consideration from one haircut to another is lacking and they need to work on that for sanitation reasons. While the haircut could be worse, it wasn’t done as requested and we won’t be coming back! Pretty BAD
