Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

The dipped nails really lasted but my nails started popping off after a week. Not like I lift heavy materials that would be a cause. I use a cell phone, wash dishes, sweep floors light duty stuff. I'm really unhappy with the nails. I called when the first one came off the lady said you use your nails rough?

Love the time he put into my nails. Just didn't like we sat in silence the whole hour.

Not sure why I’m even giving them 1 star. They where rough and filing way to fast, and my nails were crooked and lumpy..I’m assuming that’s because when their using the drill half the time their looking elsewhere and not your nails, even when I pointed out that fact, it still wasn’t corrected. So I go home and fix their errors. And this isn’t a one time incident. Pretty much happens every time. So my only solution is to let them put only the acrylic on and go home and file and polish myself.. Its a shame that they are getting paid for a service that isn’t worth it.. This isn’t the only nail salon like this, there seems to be more and more salons that do the same thing, they want to get you in and out as fast as they can whether the work they do is good or not.. it’s very disappointing! I think if they would give their clients an extra 5-10 minutes that maybe there work would be better. Who knows ........
