I am a new customer. Last week I took my cloths in on Thursday about 18 garments needed cleaning. I provided them with all my information and was pleased with the service received checking in. A few hours later I received a call from the cleaners saying that they found $135 cash in my pockets, they secured it and I could pick it up anytime. I am very pleased with the honesty and integrity that the employees at this location displayed. I want to thank the group at Dufour's Cleaners. Thank you so much!
We have been customers for years and have had nothing but courteous, efficient service. Recently we came in at the last minute they were happy to do it on the same day. Good people to deal with.
A joke. Last week I dropped off a dress with some fairly minor marks on the collar and sleeves. When I picked it up today it looked exactly the same. The owner tried telling me he’d spot-treated it several times but couldn’t get the mark on the collar out.nI went home and got it out with a little warm water and Dawn dish soap. He did take the charge off for me, but only after I pointed it out and said I didn’t feel comfortable paying for something that they couldn’t clean (or so they said).nUnbelievably rude and unprofessional. Every time I’ve picked up items, they act annoyed when I want to inspect my items before I pay.nToday was the last straw. I’ll be going to Faribault from now on.

I changed to Coborns in New Prague. Much better pricing great job. Dufours is/ has a hostile environment and attempt to cheat their customers by telling them they are only responsible for 10 times the cost of cleaning when they damage your garments.nAlways had to check their work !nMediocre at best.
