We had Drew come out and clean our lower living room and stairs, when he left he told us to put out fans and our dehumidifier to help dry the carpet quicker. After he left we started to notice that the carpet felt very wet, we had them cleaned on a Monday morning and they were still damp on Wednesday night roughly 50 hours after the fact even with 2 fans and the dehumidifier running. We also noticed a musty smell in certain areas of the carpet that was not present before cleaning and we're told by Mohawk, the retailer who installed the carpet, and another cleaning service that the carpet should not be wet longer than 24 hours, if they are it is because not enough water was sucked back out after cleaning and that the best method for this is a truck mounted system which Drew did not use. Our carpet is 4 years old, no pet stains or water damage.nnWe called Drew to come back out on that Friday to try to get the smell out, he treated the carpet again lightly but it did not take out the musty smell. This time the carpet dried less than 8 hours. We talked to him again that night about the smell still being there and told him we would call back after discussing what to do next. Drew stated our options were for him to return to attempt to clean the carpet again or offer a prorated refund.nnWe paid to have another company come out and reclean our carpet retailer and deciding that essential oils and vinegar would not do anything for this smell. The other company was actually cheaper and did a great job, carpet smelled fresh and dried quickly, less than 12 hours.nnSince then we have called and left Drew 3 messages over the last 3 weeks to discuss a refund but he has failed to call us back. Maybe this was a one time thing but the lack of response to our calls is frustrating.

Wow! Essential Carpet cleaned 3 rooms/2 area rugs including a basement carpet/steps. Drew was upfront about effectiveness in regards to stains so we had reasonable expectations. Drew walked us through when he completed and we’re so pleased with the results! To top it off our house smells wonderfully! Highly recommended!

Drew did an amazing job cleaning my carpets AND cleaning my entire apartment to make it ready to be moved in. I've used him for other rental units I own and each time the units are spotless. AND it's amazing how fast he is. He goes above and beyond the average Molly Maid. Highly recommend this company.

Drew did a fantastic job on our carpets. He was responsive, professional, and had great customer service. We loved the essential oils and healthy cleaning products. On top of all that, he’s a super nice guy too!! I would highly recommend him!

After cleaning, the carpet remained wet for over 2 days even with fans and a dehumidifier running. The carpet then had a musty smell that was not present before. We had Drew come back out and he lightly treated and cleaned the carpet but it did not help the smell. Drew then said he could either clean the carpet the again or give us a partial refund.nnWe decided to have a different company come out to treat and clean it knowing that the smell may not come out because carpet should never take that long to dry. After the other company cleaned the carpet and stairs the smell was gone and the carpet was dry in less than 12 hours.nnWe have tried to call Drew multiple times and left voicemails requesting a call back and a refund since we had to pay someone else reclean. Maybe this is a one time thing from this company but the lack of response has been frustrating
