We were very happy with the carpet cleaning from My Trusted Carpet Cleaners!! Very prompt responses and great customer service. They got out a couple stains we couldn’t do on our own and the rooms are much more fresh than they’ve been in years. Also great prices! Thanks Tim for a job well done. :)

Working with Tim was a great experience. We had to reschedule our appointment, but he was able to fit us into his schedule right away. He explained everything prior to the actual cleaning to ensure I was comfortable and knowledgeable. The service itself was excellent! We have hard to clean carpets since we have a new puppy, and the result was terrific! Tim also followed up to ensure we were happy with the results.nWe will definitely use this company again and will refer to our friends.

I was blown away by the quality and service provided by Tim and My trusted Carpet Cleaners. We had a very challenging carpet situation (Pet related) that required multiple visits and increasingly intense treatments.
