My husband and I had a really bad experience yesterday . We were really feeling for a nice hot chicken sandwich, for which my husband repeatedly asked about and also ordered. Well to our great Suprise once we got home to Dexter we had a roast beef sandwich in the bag . My husband don’t eat beef or pork, so we had to return. Once we got there they made another sandwich, it was very Poorly made, not much meat or vegetables. My Goodness for the love of God if I’m gonna pay $15 plus for a sandwich it should at least be made properly ! I was very disappointed in this altogether. I’ve been in hospitality management for 22 years and I know this is absolutely not how things are done !! I did buy a sandwich previously and it was awesome so I will patronize your business again . Just I’m not satisfied this time .

Wow. Kept seeing ads and finally decided to check this place out! Boy, am I glad I did. Sooo good! Happy with the subs I picked out, #13 and #56. Will definitely be going back again to try the others.nn5 stars for the food and the guys all working had great teamwork helping each other. Communication could be a tad more enthusiastic with customers, but I think they were flustered with being busy. Kudos to you all!

I have been a LONG time fan of Jersey Mike’s, and this location is awesome! They are accurate, fast, fresh and super nice. Their bread is incredibly fresh and meat is top quality! Thank you!!

So I'm not really sure how to rate this. Staff was excellent & i appreciate the way they use the meat slicer for the fresh cut meats. However our subs really didn't have much flavor. They put oil & spices on them, but I wish we just got Italian dressing instead. However my daughter ordered the Philly cheesesteake & loved it. So not great, but not bad.

Their sandwiches are a bit more expensive but well worth the extra cash. The mobile order app and pickup is fantastic. I ordered mine from UofM Medical Center parking ramp and with drive time got there just as it was ready. The Ann Arbor location is in a strip mall that is not easy to see from the road, but trust Google maps.
