Understaffed and incredibly slow. Online orders have consistently been ready 30+ minutes later than promised. We’ve tried this location a few times, been disappointed each time, and will not be coming back.
They dont know how to make a subway club sandwich or toast anything just terrible service in general
Food is good. Jacob is an engaging fella! Likes his job and prepared sandwich consistent with how other food subways do it.
Have visited this location several times in the past couple months. When visiting waiting 10-15 mins each time as the one employee was in the bathroom. He finally had taken our order and went back to the bathroom. Would hide in the bathroom until another costumer would arrive. Today when showing up the door was locked with a hand written sign on the door stating “Back in Ten Minutes” quite confused as the open sign in the window was lit up. Very unprofessional and a bit sketchy, won’t be returning to this location.
Fast friendly service! Bread was super fresh. Definitely the best Subway I've had in a long time. Will return to this location again.
