Amtrak Pasco Station

IT IS THE BADDEST SERVICE EVER.nTHEY DON'T HAVE NO COSTUMER SERVICE AT ALL. AND PLUS THEY DON'T HAVE NO MANNERS FOR HUMANS. THEY DON'T EVEN ASK HOW ARE YOU OR HOW CAN I HELP YOU WITH. REALLY BAD SERVICE. ALL THREE WORKED HAS BAD ATTITUDE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO THERE.

First experience with Amtrak and i had a great time and enjoyed my 31 hour train/bus trip.nWill do it again

This is a minimalist station, but more than a platform. Lots of indoor seating; clean, a couple of vending machines.

Last visited there in October of 2016, but from what I've heard, it has not changed since then. Unfortunately, unlike many other Amtrak stations, the platform here is not open 24/7, and is only ever open when Train 27 or 28 comes through. That's something I'm willing to live with, though, as it's still a classic '70s era Amtrak station with a nice interior and a comfortable place to wait for a train. Also, all those giving bad reviews over the train being late - that's not something to blame Amtrak or the station for. If you wanna blame someone for the train being late, blame BNSF Railway, they own the tracks, and tend to delay Amtrak trains for freight movements. That happens all across the country, too, not just here.

I ride Amtrak frequently east west route and enjoy staff as well as passengers.
