Was very excited to try this place, due to the reviews and options. The food was just okay. Noodles in steak stroganoff and shrimp scampi were under-cooked. We will try it again, but my last carry out experience from this location was disappointing. The woman who took our order by phone was the nicest person in the world, super polite and professional; our order was filled accurately; and they don’t pressure you to tip on carryout orders like many places.
Due to a comedy of errors on my part, on top of a snow storm, I had sent my order to the wrong store. Manager was super understanding and helped me out. They also have always gotten my orders correct when I have ordered in the past. Food is always really good.
Lived in the South for a few years and NO NOODLES ANYWHERE!! I'd eat here 2 x a week or more! So glad to be back! Everything is so good and the service is exceptional! Highly Recommended! A+

Our food has always been delicious, prepared correctly and good portion size. Their staff is welcoming and polite and their manager Jason went above and beyond to accommodate my mistake in ordering, when truthfully, he didn’t have to at all. We will continue to come here and share our positive experiences with whoever we can!
