Service was slow and not too great this past year. I placed an order with them and paid. They said my food would be ready at roughly 7. I got to the restaurant promptly at 7 and after 10 minutes called to let them know I was there for my order, no answer twice. Then someone came up to my car to ask about my order and said they'd check on it and never came back. After 25 minutes of sitting in this parking lot, another employee comes out to ask what my order was and grabs it to give it to me and it's cold probably from sitting in the open that whole time. I will likely visit another location further way where they have a better system to get food to customers or at least answer the phone.

Never again. My family has been eating Chicken shack over 25 years. We placed a large order. Paid extra for tater sauce for the fish. When we got home we noticed no sauce at all. We called up a teenager said nothing they can do. We should have checked bag before leaving. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. We understand prices go up. BUT service is down.

Awesome chicken, as always. Haven't ordered in a while, sister-in-law placed an online order and accidentally ordered for the next day. Staff was very understanding and gracious, and delivered excellent chicken as fast as they could. Very pleased, highly recommend.

Always enjoy this locations food. If you enjoy crispy chicken or fish I highly suggest giving them a try.

Love Chicken Shack. We moved any for Michigan 10 years ago and I’ve missed Chicken Shack ever since. We came back to Michigan for a week to visit relatives and I’ve ate here 5 times I can’t get enough. Chicken Dinner Broasted Potato’s with Extra butter and BBQ sauce. They should open a store in Arizona for all the snowbirds to get a taste.
