Navigator Villas

I love where I live. I’ve lived in previous apartments and they don’t even compare to Navigator Villas. I feel like I live in a housing community with the home like feel and the apartment layout. The split floor plan makes it feel like a home. I also love that it’s pet friendly, it’s not very easy to find a place that accepts pets. The office lady always pets my dog anytime she walks by and makes me and my dog feel really welcome! Anytime any of my friends or someone talks about moving I always recommend moving here!

I’ve lived here for over 3 years and I really like it. Anytime I need something fixed Ruby always sends someone right away. She’s very helpful and always smiles at us no matter where she sees us. I’ve seen them outside shoveling snow and making sure everyone’s walkways are good, even when it’s so cold outside. I don’t see my family leaving anytime soon! Thank you Navigator Villas!

Navigator is the first apartment complex I have ever lived at since moving out of my parents. I was a little nervous like any first time renter but I have lived here for over a year and have had nothing but a great experience so far. The lawn and property is very well taken care of and clean. Apartment sizes are really big and very reasonably priced. The office staff is always super friendly and nice whenever I need anything or have a quick question. The few times I have had needed maintenace they have always been super quick to get it taken care of. Overall I have never had any problems and really happy with my choice to date.

Lived here over a year and couldn’t be happier! Office staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect location to get on freeway and nearby shopping. Up and coming location with all the new construction going up on Rd 68.

The rent plus all the extra fees, gas, and pud! Not worth it. Definitely not what you'd expect. Looks nice but they're lowkey taking your money. Too many people who have told us we were over paying. At one point their ratings were so low they sent out a bribe of a free parking spot for a good review. Pathetic. Not a place I would recommend.
