Wonderful place to live! Two of my girlfriends and myself resided here while we obtained our AA at CBC and found it to be very affordable along with management being so patient and kind. It’s a great location right off of road 68 with plenty of places to eat, grocery shop, and hangout! The amenities were awesome as well especially the gym, pool and free food activities! Wish I could give 10/5 stars ud83dude09

We resided here during the construction of our new home after our previous home sold. Our stay was just under three months. Carmen, Tracie and Kasey were great. The Crossings are a safe and well-kept apartment complex compared to others in the area. If in a similar situation again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate moving back... Thanks again for everything!

Great place to live, probably in the top 3 apartments complexes in the Tri Cities. The amenities were nice, the office staff were friendly, and the maintenance crew were fun to shoot the sh*t with. Would highly recommend as a stepping stone to one day buying a house. Being centrally located was nice.
