Subway

Online ordering was easy and fast. I showed up about 10 minutes early and walked up to the register as they were sliding my last sub into the bag. In and out in under 1 minute.

Just went to this place. Your employee Karen with an E is rude as hell. Wouldn’t give me a receipt, my total bill was $37. For two foot Longs and two kids meals? Asked for 4 cookies, got home and there was 3. She was rude the whole time and wouldn’t shut her mouth for me to tell her I wanted a meal, then tried making me pay the extra $4 for a drink and chips. There is no way my total should’ve been $37. For all I know she pocketed my money. I go to subway all the time and never have I paid this much. Also, I will not be back here again. Tell your employees they should work on their customer service. And I WILL be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager and to make sure what I paid for is right or I will be getting my money back that was stolen. I also spoke very nicely saying yes please and Thankyou the whole time while she was glaring at me. She obviously didn’t understand what a “meal” was. She was also rude to the people in front of me as well. I understand having a bad day as I am a bartender. But you should never treat your customers that way. Not to mention our food tastes really weird. And I’m also pregnant. So let’s hope I don’t get food poisoning or my two toddlers. I come to this subway all the time as I live right down the road and have never had a bad experience, that is until Karen arrived. Very disappointed.

They let sick employees work . I left while she was making my sandwich

VERY bad customer service! I was in to buy four sandwiches for my family and the young gal who was making my order, never gave eye contact and when she was told there were flies on one of the sandwiches she ignored me then when I said could you please replace the bread on that one sandwich she took the meat off and threw it back in the bar. Totally rude. So I up and left. Never will I go there again. Fly ridden dirty place anyways. P.s. she really needed a hair net. Just saying.

Tonight we Went in for several sandwiches. The employee Keren was very rude the whole time and made for an awful experience. When I asked for spinach on the sandwich, she literally put 4 single leafs of spinach on the sandwich. When I asked for more spinach she grabbed 1 more single leaf!! What the hell is this?! I am the customer and you are doing a service for me and then want to have an attitude? Very unprofessional and is completely unacceptable. We are not pleased and will Never be back after this.
