I can only tell you that regardless of the effort made or customer service they should listen to their clients and make sure before charging you anything that the work performed was authorized and that insurance when involved is contacted and authorized before the work is completed. Nuff said.
They did a great job. And very personable. I'll hire them in the future.
Must have been a new guy, no respect for my grandfather's belongings. Would recommend being present while the work is done.
