No one in office available from morning to afternoon. Had an issue with a machine where it did not release the soap or softener & had recorded proof that I did not over fill machine with too much soap... and still could not get my money back after I re washed the same load in a different machine. “I wasn’t here, I can’t give you the money back because I couldn’t see if you had over filled the machine with soap.” Poor staffing.

First off ....it doesn't always look like this. Yes its always packed but for good reason, the machines work beautifully and the dryers are excellent.... You dont have to keep putting in quarters like crazy (like at other places)
The young girl that cleaned up yesterday around 5 is very unappreciated. I was debating on saying something. Idk.
Very clean place! Always working machine it can get busy but not to bad in morning.
