Employees barked that my mask did not cover my nose. It was half way up my nose but yet the same employee is touching her mask with gloved hands. Then ignores me when I ask her to change gloves. The Health Dept. will be getting a phone call.

Used to be an alright and friendly-ish place but it seems they hired some assholes who denied me service because I don't wear a mask. We placed an order online for $32 and when we walked in they were making our subs - they were right in the middle of it. We hadn't paid for it yet. These employees just wasted $32 worth of ingredients. Will not be returning.

I myself work as a manager in the food industry and I have never ever ran into a more indecent visit at a fast food place until my visit here today. This stores 7pm shift made my children seem like they were an inconvenience!! ud83eudd2f Mind you first of all it was down pouring rain and they were NOT busy. I had sent my boyfriend into order for us while I sat in the car with our children. (IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO LEAVE CHILDREN IN THE CAR UNATTENDED) He was trying to order and one of the lady workers decided she felt the need to be rude to him and say he couldn’t order while I was on the phone telling him what he needed to order. NEVER EVER in my 20 years of working in the fast food industry have I ever ran into this problem. At my job as plenty of other places it is not an inconvenience. He even offered for the ONE lady that was in the store to go ahead and order before he did so he didn’t hold up a line! I feel VARY disrespected. I’m not sure if it was a race thing or what but I’m NOT happy. And then the worker decided she was going to have an attitude with me and try to correct me super super rude. I would NOT bring ur children here they are MOT friendly.
