Pete fixed a number of problems for me, a recent purchaser of a 1957 house which needed some upgrades -- fixed a leak near my meter, installed a water line to my refrigerator, replaced the original rusty-legged, leaky concrete basement sink, and removed a low-hanging pipe which I assume was for a water softener back in the day. Everything was done professionally, and he charged me the cost he quoted me, which was more than reasonable. He will be my first call for any other issues.
I called the drain doctor, his name is Pete, and he came the very next morning :-) everyone else was too busy! He explained everything that he needed to do, he was kind, quick, cleanly, and I'm very satisfied with the service. Great option in the Big Rapids/Canadian Lakes area:)
My husband called The Drain Doctor to help us with water flowing into our basement. They came and fixed the problem, but found another problem that required a different type of contractor. Pete gave us a copy of a sheet of paper that contained a list of local contractors who were experts in what we needed to have done. He and his partner were very professional, polite, and went straight to work, wasting no time and bonus, they provided excellent service. I would give them 10 stars for excellence of I could.
