My call to the after hours service was returned within 30 minutes and a weekend appointment was scheduled for an emergency septic pump. Ryan was great, he was extremely pleasant and sent a text when he was on his way. He was very professional and helpful, even though it was a weekend callout. I will definitely use Sodergren again. Ryan and Brian are Great! Had nightmarish multiple problems with septic system, of course in the middle of winter! These guys worked for almost 3 hours to get our septic system problems solved! We are now on their books for regular maintenance and upkeep! Sodergren Septic Services get the job done!! Thanks Guys!!!

Had them pump out my septic tank. They were prompt, updated me via text messages the day before and when he was on his way, and overall were great to work with. Dave was pleasant and very friendly. Will use again.

Everyone at this company was very professional and very nice from the young lady I talk to to make my appointment to the gentleman who actually did the service on my septic tank this morning. Dave was especially professional and considerate he was early, texted me that he was going to be early, and told me every step of the way what he was doing. He even let me know ahead of time if there may be a problem or concern and walked me through every step. This is the first time I ever needed to use a septic service and I was genuinely pleased. I will certainly continue to use them for all my future needs and recommend them to anybody who asks.

They surprised me with their very fast response time. We called in because our drains started backing up. Call was in around 11:00 AM and by 3:00 PM someone was here and working on pumping out the tank. The process was quick and easy (it helps tremendously if you already know where your septic lids are) and the cost/price is very reasonable.
