Hardest working sub shop in MI. I stopped in from out of town not knowing that they had a charity drive going on. The staff was extreamly busy but they all remained very professional and poised. My sub took a while to get but it was delicious!
I just had the best customer experience with Josh, Julie and Satori, just having a conversation with them while making my sub felt like I was apart of the team they conveyed the most friendly and attentive service ever. Since the pandemic has started customer service has been put on the back burner but these friendly folks have not lost that spirit. You Guys Rock!!!nP.S.nMy sub was awesome!!!
The service has become extremely poor, the last time I ordered from this location was about 2 months ago and the subs were not that great and not to mention I felt like we were being rushed to place an order which made us feel I welcomed. Felt like I was eating mostly just bread. I called at 8:40p.m. To place a pick up order and I called 20 times for 15 mins straight and no one decided to pick up the phone. I am very disappointed, I will make sure to take my business elsewhere.
The subs are usually good, but that all depends on how busy they are and who is making your sandwich. Last time I ate here, there was so much vinegar and oil on my sub that I could ring it out like a sponge!
I used to love their subs. They are a little bit overpriced but was good quality.. the last few times I've been there the service has been terrible..... And also every time I go there they are out of the Rosemary bread
