Impeccable is exactly what I would say about the service here! Just went there last Friday for first time for nail dip, etc. by Alex. Excellent job! Everyone is very polite! To top it off, I had a dead battery when I got in my car -- Alex kindly helped me out and gave me a lift to get a new battery and installed it for me too! This is my new nail salon for sure -- highly recommend it!! What a selfless act for after 7:30pm on a Friday night!nRating: Over and above a 5 star review for sure. Looking forward to my next visit.

I am a new client and this was my first visit for a shellac manicure. It was very easy to make an appointment online and there was no wait when I arrived for my scheduled time. Alex was very nice and did an excellent job on my nails. I appreciate the fact that the salon is very clean. They also have a large selection of polish colors too choose from. I definitely will be returning!

I was very impressed during my first visit. I was greeted immediately and called by my nail. Alex actually pronounced my name correctly(10 pts). The establishment is extremely clean and there’s a sense of calm when you enter. No wait time! I went directly to the back for my pedicure. Let me tell you BIG SIS did an amazing job on my poor feet. The massage chair and the leg/foot massage was EPIC. Alex is pleasant and considerate. The conversation was cool and he asks questions to make sure you are satisfied with your services. I’ve been back and will continue to patronize this establishment.

If you haven’t found your go-to nail place, this is the one. Alex, Christine and T are some of the nice people I’ve ever met. They make it feel like such a welcoming and comfortable environment. The first time I came in I left feeling as though I had known them for YEARS. I’ve only had Christine do my acrylics for me thus far and when I asked her how long she’s been doing nails for, she told me 15 years. He experience truly shows in her work. She is phenomenal. She doesn’t miss an empty spot, has the most gentle hands and makes sure you love everything ❤ufe0fnI will continue to support their business for as long as I live in Sterling Heights!

My sister and I went in last week for the first time and had the most pleasant experience. Everyone there were so nice and did an amazing job on both my toes and hands. Couldn’t be more happy with how my nails turned out and I will definitely be returning to get my nails done again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
