Worked out very well. Hair techs were quick, knowledgeable, efficient and caring. Worked out very well for my grandson's haircut as well. I am definitely returning. Also going to refer my friends and family. Thank you.

Called looking for someone to fix my 5-year-old's self-haircut and was able to get in easily the same morning. Abby (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) did a fantastic job- you'd never know what happened to it before we came in. Also got my son's hair trimmed up while we were there and she did another fantastic job on a very wiggly 2-year-old. We'll definitely be coming back- it's my turn soon!

My hairdresser- Arta is super. Not only is she terrific with clients but is great with the all of the staff. Knowledgeable on all types of hair services, products, color, styling- the whole package. I would recommend her to anyone. The atmosphere in the salon also plays a part also. There is mutual respect all around and this makes for a pleasant visit.

The team at Cost Cutters is great. I have been going here since they were BoRics. There was one issue that seemed to annoy me as a usual customer. When I was finally able to make an appointment during these pandemic times I was told that I would have to practice social distancing and wear a mask while at my appointment. No problem. I get there and the staff and myself all have proper PPE and are practicing social distancing. Then this guy walks in with no mask demanding attention/service....hmmm...who is this guy who thinks he doesn’t have to adhere to the guidelines that the rest of us agreed to for an appointment? When I asked someone who is he? They tell me he is the owners relative. So the rules didn’t apply for him, but only for everyone else. Regrettably, he finally decided to wear a mask. Not very professional to just drop in on your money-making staff and demand a haircut at the drop of a hat. I get the impression these owners don’t care about their workers safety. My advice...Don’t expect people to work “because of you”, but rather to work “with you”.
