My dad and I went here last night and had Charity as our waitress. SHE WAS AMAZING! She already knew what you wanted before you knew. She's was a trip, fun, and kind. I have been talking her up all day to anyone I see. My experience was amazing. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I never had to ask multiple times for something, the first time was enough. Like I said she already knew before you even asked her. Highly recommend this area and if you get the chance to have her as your waitress, you are in for excellent service!

My wife and I decided to stop in to order a carry out meal on a Saturday evening during peak hours. I was greeted by a woman named Candi which took my order. Although it was quite chaotic she mastered my order while juggling the lobby with all of the patrons, waitstaff and the outside delivery staff. Our meal arrived quickly and when we got home the food tasted fantastic. Great job to the staff at this location.

Service was great! We made a carry out order and waited out in the car. The online order attendant, (wish I remembered her name) she was VERY busy but was patient as we placed the order. Food came out as ordered, no mistakes made. * we didn't have plasticware, but we keep some in the car *nOf course we will always be back

Went out for a couple of our friends birthday (still had less than 6 ppl), and it was the worst Red Robin I had ever had. We sat down and our waitress told us the kitchen was backed up and to order quickly. We would normally appreciate that, however that was not the case. We ordered apps to old us over. Those came out in 5 minutes of ordering and they were alright.. We ordered our food and that came out in 10 minutes! And it was cold! The wraps cheese was barely melted, burgers were poorly made, and it was all cold,.the Broccoli side wasn't even warm or done! And all of our fries were cold and not crispy. We were all upset. No birthday meals or dessert offered either. So it was obvious that she was just trying to turn tables quick. We will not be going back to this Red Robin.

I love the Whiskey River BBQ burger. It's got so many flavors that work well together. Also, Red Robin has perfected their takeout process; it's so easy to order and pickup curbside.
