I often go to the Subway on 21 mile road and Garfield...it's clean and the people there are always super friendly, thats my favorite thing about the place...order some good subs, have a pleasant chat, and head home...stop in when you have a chance! It's also conveniently located by a dollar general, a smoke shop, and a hardware store, with 7-11 across the street, so you can get some errands done and pick up a healthy meal to take home with you.

You could her the annoyance in the girls voice and see it in her eyes when she greeted us. The other guy that made my sandwich threw the bred in the toaster but didn’t even turn it on... when he was dressing my sandwich it was hanging off the back of the cutting board dropping toppings on the floor... too a few bites out of the cold bbq pork sandwich and then tossed it... if you don’t like your job or are just too lazy to be in the service industry, do yourself and everyone else a favor and stay home...

I placed an online order for 3 subs, mistakenly placed it for the wrong location. This location called me and I had told them that I was not picking it up. They would not Refund Me of my money I paid online with my card. The manger called me on her personal cell phone. And still refused to refund me Or try to solve the issue at hand. She then continued To get an attitude with me. I called the store location back asking for the distract Managers numbers, the subway employee hung up on me. Worse customer service I have ever received. Completely unprofessional. Will never order subway again.

Store was closed before the posted hours. Employees could be seen at the counter looking at me trying to open the door but it was locked. Open sign was still on. Tried calling, no answer
