Nice salon, faye is wonderful. But I walked in didn't get my hair done but got estimate.

Faye was very late, over an hour late for my scheduled appointment. he had 4 other customers at the same time. I never got an apology or even offered a discount. The new salon is cleaner, and nicer, but very crammed with other customers during COVID, and cold, the front door is right by all the stylist stations and you freeze when it opens with a wet head. I will not go back. And I agree with what other people say, she was on her cell phone, face time, it was so unprofessional.

Fay the owner cut my hair & did a horrible job! My hair was all uneven, she was on her cell phone the entire time cussing someone out using the B word while cutting my hair. If you read other peoples reviews on here it looks like Fay is very famous for cutting hair & talking on the phone at the same time, how unprofessional! After i got home, my whole family told me my hair was all messed up so The next day i went back to her salon to show her & she didn't even apologize, she said she can fix it but would have to charge me again full price for haircut, wow what great customer service! Worst salon ever, beware, read the NEGATIVE reviews before entering this place

This place ruined my hair and the owner could have cared less.nFirst off when I went there, I noticed none of the stylist had theirnstate required license posted and I do believe they are either friendsnor family of the owner, not qualified stylist. I have dark brown hairnand I went in to get a little color added and after 45 minutes of burningnmy scalp, the color came out red so the girl decided to try it againnand after another painful burn job due to their cheap products thenresults came out the same. At this point I got up and left and nownI have to wear red hair until it grows out. Please take my advise andnstay out of this place or they will ruin your hair as well. The may benbest suited to clip dogs, but then I have my doubts about that!!!!!
