Ordered online, got home and was disappointed to see that my sub was made wrong and the bread was clearly not fresh. It was squished, hard & crusty (so probably 3-4 days old!!). Supposed to have extra cheese but there were a whopping 2 pieces of cheese and way too much spicy pepperoni. I mean really?? The Subway in Walmart has always been poor, won't ever order on the app again I'd rather see it made in front of me so I KNOW IT'S FRESH & CORRECT.
The workers had no masks on and were fist bumping people in line for not wearing masks while making sandwiches. We did not feel comfortable they were taking appropriate precautions for cleanliness so we walked out. Would not recommend going here.
Apparently they forgot You're supposed to put lettuce in a salad!
Can't toast a sandwich to save their lives....Its always undertoasted... and the sandwiches are sometimes made kinda sloppy. They honestly just need a better manager or something to come in and set a few things straight and the location would be good, otherwise I'll be going to the other locations in town.
You need to learn how to answer your phones when it says your open, horrible customer service
