I use to be a huge fan of Knails, but when I went in 2weeks ago for a gel refill, I was told very snotty by the gentleman doing my fill that gel fill is $40, do I have $40? And was not going to continue with the fill if I did not! Of course I did so he did my fill. First off the guy doing my fill was not very good. I needed my nail trimmed down, he trimmed the nails to the top of my finger. I did not have nails now. He made them to thick, and I was not very happy once I got home and investigated my nails. I have been going to knails for 20+yrs and never had this bad of a nail tech. I don't appreciate being talked to like a dog when I'm paying you for a service. Not off to a good start

Had a full and pedicure both Gel. Home for a visit and needed a fill. Not the best I have had but certainly not the worst. Very quick which I like. The fill on my nails seemed minimal but they look great. No extra service (like lotion etc). Pedicure was much better and well worth the money. Overall good service, very friendly and the salon was spotless. I will definitely use them again when I am in town.

K Nails is very friendly and professional. The acrylic nails feel great and look great!! They are timely and can accommodate the nail designs you want. They follow all COVID-19 protocols and make you feel safe! If you want a place where you fine peace of mind come here!!

Literally the absolute worst experience I’ve had leaving my home this year. I’ve never paid money to have a bad time. No relaxing was done here. I left there with my toe nails a different color than I had asked for, no polish on my finger nails, and dirt behind them after waiting an hour and 10 minutes for a full set and a pedi. If I could give zero stars I would.
