Nails are not all the same length. Only put one coat of paint on them. Asked for a design on all nails only got it on one. Some of my nails are square and others are oval. Will not be going back

I just started going to Crystal Nails about 5 months ago but I am certainly glad I did. I see Dina down there and she is fabulous. She really knows her job, and keeps a professional attitude. I like how quick she is and I rarely break or lose a nail. Now that is quality. Thanks Crystal

I do not recommend this place at all. The man who did my pedicure talked the entire time and it wasn’t pleasant, relaxing conversation like you would expect, but outrageous personal views like: he believes in evolution and believes the “black man came out of the woods last which is why he isn’t smart”. Yes, those were his exact words. Also, “Americans have too many freedoms which is why this virus is spreading.” He believes “big government” should know citizens whereabouts at all times. As far as the actual pedicure, he used the electric file (spinning pumice stone) not only on my nails but also on the skin around them and then painted them with nail polish remover. Today I have scabs around most of my toes. Definitely not the relaxing spa experience I was hoping for.

I called on a Tuesday and made a 10:00 appointment for that Wednesday morning. I arrived at 9:55 and went to go in and the door was locked. okay no big deal they don't actually open until 10. So I waited in my car and around 10:10 a car with two of the workers pulled into the parking lot. They proceeded to sit in their car until 10:15 and asked me if I was going into the salon. I didn't bother and made an appointment elsewhere. Waste of time and very unprofessional.
