She didnt even show up. So she asked me if I was willing to come in the next day ( after 45 minutes of me waiting and trying to get ahold of her by phone and FB, as well as one of her other nail technicians trying to get a hold of her – which she didn't answer my phone calls but she answered her technicians knowing she had a paying customer waiting) (btw your other nail technician that was there was amazing very kind and punctual) So next day i figured would be a fresh start, like we all have our off days right?! Well she didnt even leave her house until 30 min after the rescheduled time. Meaning I got there and waited for 15 minutes called her for her to say I'm on my way. Which took another 25 minutes for her to get there. I texted her 30 min prior to the appointment to make sure she was actually going to keep it so I wouldn't drive out there for no reason like I did the day before. She confided in me when she was finishing up my nails, she fell back asleep after getting woken up to my text, cause she was out partying until 430 am (these are HER words). I gave her 50$ for a fill (which btw i didnt get no designs or nothing just one solid color) She put 1 layer of nail polish nothing else. I had to redo them when i got home. I really like the nails that I saw on here, on Facebook as well as other social medias. I normally go elsewhere regularly but I figured I would try something new (im all for supporting local business) . I'm very disappointed in my experience and it's honest. I do not need you, Maria, Marie, or Amber (whichever you prefer to go by), to Facebook messaging me like you did. Because of this review. it is honest and you know it is. If you want to make it up to me and do better that is fine but this was not acceptable or professional service. My suggestion if you already mess up with a new client is not for you to go partying into the early morning knowing that you have to be at your own shop the next early to make up an appointment that YOU missed in the first place.nI personally did not have a good experience however the nails that I did see on their social media look great. I normally don't like to give reviews if they aren't good, but I think that this will help to benefit the salon going forward. I'm not sure if this salon is considered full service, but I was charged extra at my last hair appointment because the stylist assumed that she would not have to wash my hair. She explained that since she would need to wash my hair that I would have to pay extra for the extra time and that the 10 minute wash would interfered with her next appointment. This was disturbing to me because every time that I have been to this salon she has washed my hair. I ended up paying more for the same hair style that I had received from her in the past. In addition, I had to go home to finish the style because it was not to my liking. I graciously left with it unfinished because I felt like she needed to get to her next client. I feel like since I was asked to pay more for her scheduling issue that she should have taken the time to complete the hairstyle to my liking. I do not want to come across as ugly in any way, I just feel like the client should always leave satisfied and they should always feel like the service received was worth the money paid. I come from a generation where customer service is highest priority. The client should be proud to refer a stylist/salon to others. I am sorely disappointed.

I went here to get my hair done for a concert. My hair looked absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend. They got me in quick and I was very satisfied with my visit. Thank you ladies ud83dudc96!
