The ladies there took very good care of me. I am a little shy sometimes and will not always say when I would like the shape or something else adjusted, but they checked in multiple times throughout the service to make sure I was happy. Great service and so many color options!

We had 3 pedicures & 1 manicure done, and one was for my 4 year-old. The owner and her staff were very accommodating (especially to my toddler who got to sit in her own “big girl” pink pedicure chair), and the services were done well and fairly priced. Not to mention, the salon is clean and updated, so I highly recommend!

We had an appointment at 1pm; one of our members did not get attention until 2:20. The service was poor and the work was worse. I was not asked how short I wanted my nails; she took them down beyond the skin. The paint job was so poorly done that I finally spoke up and asked them to paint my entire nail. The polish was red. This was unacceptable and we will not be back.

Had been going there for about a yearx...Did not know any place else until recently but realized there was compkete,favoritism to people that were regulars,and that they knew ..I was in there for a 5:15 appointment for a usual weekly manicure and 2 ladies came in for a pedicure whom they personally knew ...at 5:30 ...They immediately took those 2 ladies in a chair and began pedicures on each ...I was soaking my hands until 6:30 before I was manicured ...I complained to them , but this was maybe the 5th or 6th time I had a usual weekly 5:15 appointment and because they were familiar with me ,they continued to take advantage if the situation and ask me if they could take someone's polish off , or do their eye brows etc..even though that person came in after me and myappointment .. It was not unusual for them to let my water get ice cold before they would start my weekly manicure nor was it unusual for them to have me waiting 15 to 30 minutes aftermath appointment to get serviced ..NEVERAGAIN ..ITOLD THEM I GAD ENOUGH OF THE DISREGARD , DISRESPECTAND TOTAL ABSENT OBSERVANCE OF MY TIME AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO VALUES ANY OF THOSE 3 THINGS ...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER YOU TELL THEM YOULL COME BACK THEN THEY WANT TO TRY AND SERVICE YOU SO YOU WONT LEAVE !!!!JUST RUDE !!!

Normally a great place but my recent visit was not a good one had mani and pedi’s for 3 people with one having a full set put on. Not even two days later half of the nails fell off. Went back in and they wanted to charge me per nail to fix. Should have last longer than two days. Will never go here again. Not to mention the other two were cut several times to the point that they bled.
