The realtor showed my daughter and me some raw land with a cabin on it. We were told the property was grandfathered in for an outhouse. So we bought it, as our plan was to homestead. We shared our intentions with the realtor, and was assured the outhouse was grandfathered in. It was not! And now I have the health department telling me that I need a septic system put in or they're going to take me to court, have me pay for court cost, and I'll be thrown off my land, homeless.nnWhen I called Brown Bear I recieved no help.
