Friendly and helpful staff. I am almost always greeted at the door and asked if I would need any help. They are almost always able to find the part I need (even a single nut or bolt) or help me solve a problem with a repair at home. I especially like the fact that I can buy the exact number of nuts, bolts, and screws is one of the main reasons I shop here.

Really do prefer shopping here over their nearby competition but I do kinda wish I could finish walking through the door without someone asking me if I needed help. A bit overwhelming honestly, since it's already a bit crowded in there.
