MATTIS AUTO WASH

All the bugs of the windshield! Like the extra attention at the beginning, thourough rinse prior to wash. Nice attendants.

MATTIS CAR WASH RUINED THE PAINT ON MY NEW TRUCK!!!! On sat. Feb. 27th approx. 3:30pm. I went through the Mattis car wash on Pierson rd. I own a new 2020 Chevrolet truck, that was gouged by their car wash. The gouge is an almost perfectly straight line that runs the entire length of the hood, and continues down the entire length of the roof, and even continues across the top cap of the tailgate. I immediately went back to the car wash after noticing this. I showed 3 attendants at the wash, and all 3 felt bad that this had happened, they also speculated that it was probably the top roller brush that had “grabbed” an antenna from a previous car, and damaged my vehicle. I asked to get into contact with the owner, but was told to leave my number and an asst. manager would contact me. Two days went by and I heard nothing so I decided to return to the location in hopes of finding the manager. He wasn’t there, but I talked to a different attendant, who inspected the damage, and wanted to know when this happened. I said around 3:30 last Saturday. He replied “ that’s what I figured, we had numerous complaints about scratches similar to yours that day.” The attendant also assumed that the damage was caused by something caught in the top brush. Two more days went by, and still no word so I decided to wait at the wash until I talked to a manager, finally I talked to Kenny, the car wash assist. Manager, he inspected the damage, and also speculated that something caught in the top roller brush was drug across the vehicle. He also told me it was one of the worse that he has seen, and assured me that he would talk to the owner, and the owner would be in contact. I was starting to have hope that the car wash would eventually fix the damage.nThis morning May 25th I finally met with Matt Mattis, almost a month after the incident. Matt took a look at the damage and immediately said “that his wash didn’t cause the damage.” Contrary to what 4 of his attendants and assist manager all believe. I informed Matt that the day this happened, 1 of his attendants told me about the numerous complaints. Matt denied this and threatened that whoever told me that would lose their job. Matt Mattis then took me inside the wash, and found the young man who told me about the damage to the other vehicles. Matt asked the young man if this was true. The attendant admitted telling me that there were at least 5 vehicles scratched on that day. Matt Mattis immediately took me aside and said” he doesn’t know anything he just collects the money”. Matt also informed me that he wasn’t going to pay for any of the damage. My response was that I would see him in court. Matt Mattis responded but saying “ good luck proving it.” I really hope that the young man did not lose his job over this. He was just being honest. I know that this is a long winded rant, but I want people to know how the owners of Mattis car wash treat their customers. This incident happened Feb. 27th at approx. 3:30 in the afternoon. Once again they didn't get the car clean.After waiting to go through I wasn't waiting again. The so called manager said well we are busy. Wish I could find the number to there main office.

It a nice clean car wash. Everyone is friendly and kind.
